1. Order Cancellation by Customers
You can cancel your order if:
- The order has not yet been shipped.
- Cancellation requests are made within 24 hours of placing the order.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order:

2. Cancellation Charges
- If the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed, excluding payment gateway charges (if applicable).
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may opt for a return/refund as per our Return Policy.
3. Automatic Cancellations
Seed Primer reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Payment is not successfully completed.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If we cancel an order, you will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation. Details of such items will be mentioned during the order placement process.
