Shipping Locations
We deliver to locations within India. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of India, please contact us at support@seedprimer.in to discuss international shipping options.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- The weight of the products.
- Delivery location.
You will see the total shipping cost during the checkout process before making the payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 5‐7 business days.
- Express Delivery: 2‐4 business days (if applicable and selected at checkout).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors like courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Address
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including postal code.
- For any changes to the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@seedprimer.in or call our customer support. Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries and Returns
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will reattempt delivery.
- If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
In case of damaged or missing items in your shipment:
- Contact us at support@seedprimer.in within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide a description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at support@seedprimer.in with your order details.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
