At Seed Primer, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions and processes for requesting refunds for products purchased from us.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired.
  2. The product delivered does not match your order (e.g., incorrect product or quantity).
  3. The product is returned in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

Note: Certain items, such as customized products or bulk orders, may not qualify for refunds unless defective or damaged.


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund method chosen.

4. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Store Credit: You may opt to receive the refund as store credit for future purchases.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.


5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Requests made beyond 7 days after product delivery.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Bulk orders or customized items unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Cancellation of orders after they have been shipped (refer to the Cancellation Policy for details).

6. Return Shipping for Refunds

  • If the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
